Placement: Client is placed to fill a job vacancy.
Work Adjustment: Adjusting work skills to fit the current placement of the client.
~RETENTION SERVICES~
Post Placement Assessment: Assess, evaluate and report on the customers current placement to determine if further services are needed.
Job Retention: Assisting and accommodating the client, after placement, in solving any on the job issues and to find solutions for personal issues.
